CONFIDENCE-BOOSTING HEELS DANCE SESSIONS IN ST. JOHN’S

Learning how to dance in high heels can be intimidating, especially for first-time dancers. However, give The Arch Method’s confidence-boosting heels dance sessions in St. John’s a try. No matter your dance progress, our sessions are designed to help you acquire refined and effortless dance moves as well as the confidence to perform in front of an audience.

Our choreographed routines begin with simple body moves, which loosens up your body to perform more complex steps. At the same time, you experience your hesitation wearing off as you start to embrace the feminine sexiness and sass you feel while dancing with heels on. BEGINNER LEVELS

Beginner - No dance experience necessary, all are welcome here. Breaking down the basics and having fun!

Experienced beginner - Previous dance experience or has completed 3 beginner sessions. Can execute heels technique with ease and is developing an understanding of body mechanics.

Advanced beginner (invite only) - Strong heels foundation this student knows heels dance terminology/technique and can now ease transitioning from standing to floor and vice versa.

INTERMEDIATE LEVELS

Intermediate (invite only) - Strong heels dance background, 3 years of dance training. This student has performance quality, can retain choreography, is eager to train, and can execute floorwork with ease.

Advanced intermediate (invite only) - This dancer has a strong dance background of 3+ years, loves to be challenged, can execute jazz, hip hop, and floor technique/foundations with ease, can apply corrections, strong performance, and is aware of injury prevention.

ADVANCED LEVEL

Advanced - Designed for the advanced to the professional dancer. Dancers that have a desire to be challenged have the ability to match performance and quality of movement, who want to improve their existing foundation and push their skills. They can retain choreography, know heels technique and terminology, practice injury prevention, have the ability to adjust choreography changes quickly, consistently and professionally. Can execute more complex sequences and are self-aware while dancing.
